    Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

    TORSO

    Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

    Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

    I am 5'5 195lbs. I carry my weight all in my upper body tummy, back arms just a big round thing. Im a d cup. I ordered the XL top and an XL high wasited bottom. first off omg Ive never felt more sexy in a bathing suit! Sec. if your larger then an C cup go up a size Im exchanging although the XL could work if I moved much id be exposing it all lol. If your unsure do it!!! I hate my stomach area so I made sure the bottoms I got were very high waisted and they look awesome together!
