    Place tape measure around your rib cage and let it rest just under your bust for the most accurate measurement.

    WAIST

    Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

    HIPS

    Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

    TORSO

    Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

    Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

    I’m 5’7, weigh 133 pounds & in my 60s. I was looking for a swimsuit for Aquatherapy & for eventually swimming laps. A one-piece was my preference. This suit is stretchy but still supports me nicely in the tummy & bust. The design provides a degree of discreetness due to the sarong style front. I was debating whether to order size 10 or 12 since my measurements didn’t exactly fit into either column on the size chart so I picked size 10 which turned out to be a just tad snug but that’s okay, it still feels comfy. Ladies, if you fall in between sizes, maybe size up by one for a more perfect fit. Such a cute swimsuit, so flattering!
