HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

I am 4'10", 125 lbs., and there's very little chance of me being able to wear it as a halter dress. If that's what you're looking for, find one that is wider than this one. It appears very large until you try to tie it behind your neck. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

I was a little bit concerned about possibility of not being able to tie it, but I was happy that it actually fit size 24!
