HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

I consider this suit to be very well made. It is fully lined, and the has supportive mesh. The bra has thin foam cups and a sturdy elastic band that goes all the way around. It is plenty supportive and comfortable. I
