    Place tape measure around your rib cage and let it rest just under your bust for the most accurate measurement.

    WAIST

    Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

    HIPS

    Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

    TORSO

    Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

    Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

    The quality of this bathing suit is very good for this low price. If you’re considering buying a miracle suit but don’t want to pay the price for, this is a good alternative. I am 5’ 3” and about 150lbs, I bought a size L and it fit perfectly. I also bought a miracle suit to compare and felt this one did just as good a job at tummy control as the more expensive suit.
