HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

I absolutely adore this suit! Finally a suit that doesn’t make me look like a grandma, supports my F cup and doesn’t ride up! If your on the fence about this swimsuit just get it. I'm assuming the bad reviews just didn't order true to size or got a bad suit. I'm in love with this swimsuit. It's very flattering and modest and fits true to size. I'm so glad I purchased it and didn't go by the reviews that were negative. It is my new favorite swimsuit.

I bought up a size to 22 because it had tummy control. Unlike most tummy control suits I've had, this has 3 fabric layers in the front instead of 2. If you have to "rearrange" the suit or use the bathroom, it is difficult. Also, the elastic under the soft bra is not tight enough, so by the end of a water aerobics, the elastic is halfway to my navel. I am using the suit because I need to, but wish it didn't have these issues.
