    Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

    HIPS

    Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

    TORSO

    Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

    Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

    I’m 5ft 7 164 pounds 3 months postpartum and this bathing suit was perfect. I ordered a large since I haven’t lost all the baby weight yet I’m normally a medium pre baby and it covered just as expected and the top was still easy to breastfeed in and had some privacy with the flow design. Definitely might get another in more colors will buy again.
