    Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

    HIPS

    Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

    TORSO

    Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

    Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

    The 11th swimsuit I have tried since it started getting warm. I’m picky. I hate my arms, stomach, back, etc. I’m 5’4. 165. Mom. Over 40. Size 12. I. Love. This. Suit!!!!!!! I am not sending it back. Stomach is slightly shirred so you can camouflage. Cups are forgiving, supportive and big enough. Back is cute. This is definitely stylish.
