Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

Ladies if you’re like me 5ft 170 and a 38DD and hold all your weight in your tummy this is the suit for you. I typically don’t like one pieces because I don’t think they look very flattering on me. Let me start off by saying, I hate swimsuits. Like I would wear a full body snow suit to a water park if I could. This suit exceeded my expectations!!
