    Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

    HIPS

    Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

    TORSO

    Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

    Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

    This bathing suit is so adorable and comfortable and good quality. If I was happier with my body itself I would keep it in a heartbeat. Ladies it hides the stomach in a great way and also big breasted woman it holds those girls! If your not a fan of your arms this helps some.
