Place tape measure around your rib cage and let it rest just under your bust for the most accurate measurement.

Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

Bought this whilst the top is lovely the bottoms are awful with a velcrow opening from belly to private parts, material feels like men’s surfer shorts the sizing is not true to fit at all, I bought a 2xl as I have a big booty and it wouldn’t so much as go over that or my tummy.
I would advice if you have a big butt like me and a bigger tummy not to get the bottoms,
The top is lovely feels like a swim suit the padding how ever isn’t great and zero support if you have a bigger bust.
I am a 42E so fitted well enough just very low cut.
I’d suggest going up to a 3xl if your bust is bigger and if your a size 20-22 to also go with a 3xl.
