    Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

    HIPS

    Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

    TORSO

    Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

    Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

    I love this suit! I'm in a place where I'm trying to be more accepting of the body I have right now. I've never had a bikini and so I thought I wouldn't like one bc I thought I'd feel too exposed. But after some encouragement from friends, I thought "Who cares? Just try one!"?It was so comfy and I felt great in it. No boobs flying out while running around or massive wedgies from jumping off rocks into the river.
