Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

Perfect for my swim classes at the health club. Great value and well made. I have ordered four different suits. They wear well even in heavily chlorinated pools. I order one size larger since my stomach is large, but then the leg holes can be too big. I just sew the leg holes smaller by about an inch or two, because I want the suit to comfortably fit my middle. It all depends on your body type. Again, a great suit!

I bought this for a family vacation to Galveston. Unfortunately, there was a hurricane heading there at the same time. I was able to use it at a last minute staycation with the family at a local hotel. It fits great, and I like the little flap in the front. It kind of leaves a little to the imagination. The color is vibrant and fun, and it is a true size fit. Glad I got it.

This is a really nice swimsuit. The only complaint about it is that the elastic around the legs isn't very good and it definitely rides up in the back. That's a real problem for me, as I don't want my butt on display. Otherwise, it's good quality. I've had it for a year now, and it's still in like-new condition.
